The Symantec Protection Network Partner Program enables you to deliver a suite of Symantec’s industry leading technologies through an online delivery model. The Symantec Protection Network platform provides a common architecture for ordering, provisioning, and billing of services, so you can start generating sales quickly. Symantec Protection Network partners also benefit from free training, pre-sales assistance, and marketing support.
We recognize that partners are at various stages in execution of a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales strategy. For this reason, we built the Symantec Protection Network (SPN) Partner Program with two levels to address your given stage of adoption.
All North American Symantec Partner Program members who are interested in selling Software-as-a-Service are eligible for participation. Training on how to sell and support our SaaS offerings is recommended but not required. Select partners receive:
Premier level is available to Symantec Gold, Platinum and Platinum Corporate Reseller Partners that are focused on selling Software-as-a-Service solutions and have made significant investment in the resources required to sell and support a large base of service customer subscriptions. Partners who meet these criteria and are interested in participating in the Premier level of the SPN Partner Program can contact the Symantec Partner Program team by emailing spnpartners@symantec.com.
The Symantec Protection Network Agency Model allows all program participants to leverage our platform for full automation of customer sign-up, service provisioning, monitoring and billing. Partners transacting through this model are compensated based on a percentage of their customers’ billings throughout the life of that customer. Partners are paid monthly commission for the initial service purchase, service upgrades, renewals, and purchase of additional Symantec Protection Network online services.
The Symantec Protection Network Reseller Model is planned to launch in December. The model will allow Premier partners to resell Symantec Protection Network services directly to their customers, with the partner responsible for customer provisioning, billing and on-going service management. Premier Partners transacting through the Reseller model are trained by Symantec to provide customers with specialized order and service management services.

Log onto PartnerNet using your Primary Contact login credentials; review and click to accept the Symantec Protection Network Partner Program Terms & Conditions.

2. Symantec Protection Network Welcome Email
Once you have accepted the Terms & Conditions, you will receive three emails.
3. Signup for your Symantec Protection Network Commission Payment
You will receive a third email within one day of registering for the program that will walk you through the signup process for receiving commission payment on the Symantec Partner Compensation Portal.
